Show them when you can start taking maternity leave/leave entitlement by using maternity leave calculator in MOM website https://www.mom.gov.sg/employment-practices/leave/maternity-leave/eligibility-and-entitlement

You are entitled to, and have the rights to mat leave. Employees should know better that this is under the Employment Act. Just in case if there's any dispute in this, please reach out to MOM!
