unable to pee

Hello, can i ask you guys, who experience the inaability to urinate, im in my 14wks pregnancy and i experience it, in the ultrasound all is normal including kidney ureters and bladder. So the urologist told me that some pregnant women experience it due to hormonal imbalance, and also the growing uterus and baby. So the doctor told me to have foley catheter in my entire pregnancy to help me in urinating? Can you help me guys? Its not easy to have it.
