Faint Positive Lines

I already had 3 PTs in 2 days. Puro "faint" or malabo yung second line? Does this mean positive ang pregnancy?

eto po kayang sakin? 2 days po yan before my period, then nagtry ako ibang brand negative naman, pero sa advan na brand may faint line po twice ..
