I am 20 weeks pregnant po. Obimin plus and Caltrate lang po iniinom ko. I asked my OB po about taking ferrous, sabi nya no need na daw po. Then yung calcium ko pinapaubos nya lang sa akin then stop na daw..
Continue Obimin na lang.

I'm 20weeks din mom's, calcium caltrate, dha fish oil and obtrene plus .. dati ferrous pinastop ni ob pinalitan Ng calcium then sa 7months ko nlng daw ulit continue ung ferrous..
Kaya nga po eh. Nung una di talaga ako marunong uminom ng tablet at capsule. Hirap na hirap. Haha! Nag worry lang po talaga ako na tatanggalin na. Haha pero sabi nga, iba iba daw po. So follow na lang kay OB ☺️
