Ferrous sulfate

I am 20 weeks pregnant po. Obimin plus and Caltrate lang po iniinom ko. I asked my OB po about taking ferrous, sabi nya no need na daw po. Then yung calcium ko pinapaubos nya lang sa akin then stop na daw.. Continue Obimin na lang. Any thoughts po mga mommies? Thank you po ☺️
