Second tri spotting

I am 18weeks and 6 days pregnant and I just had my first blood spotting. I was so hysterical like I want to cry but i rushed to my ob yesterday . Since in my earlier weeks in my pregnancy nakita na kasi na may contraction na and she advised me to take meds like duvadilan to take 3x a day. Anyone here with same experience? I want to know how you handle it. Kasi kahit anong gawing relaxation ko I still have this contraction and when my ob touches my bump sabi nya matigas talaga. Then minsan may lower abdominal pain, I don't know if this is normal. I hope anyone here can share ☺️
