I wouldn't do planking. Planking requires your core muscles to do the job.you can start when it has fully healed.allow your body to recover fully.

If it's hurts whilst cleaning and moving about. Planking is a big NO NO. Please wait till the gynae gives you green light

If it still hurts at cleaning, i wouldn't advise you to do planking. Have your gynae given you the green light to do exercise?

you can try doing short planking to see how it goes. If it gets too painful, i would advise to see a doctor to see is there any infection as you mentioned that it's still painful to touch
