Hai. Jgn mkn roti canai, nasi lemak, mee goreng, bihun goreng & kuih muih. Ni mknn yg boleh buat bsp tggi. Pagi2 better mkn oat atau roti gandum. Minum air kosong byk2 bgs utk ibu mengandung.
