Mkn byk buah2an n ikan bilis, kurma 2biji shari.. 2hari before cek..sy kurg minum manis n byk mkn tembikai n any buah..pling bgus jmbu,,mkn nasi lemak sbb ada telur,kcang,timun n ikan bilis,,hihuhu bole tmbh hb..
