hey, you mentioned that you haven't had sex for about a month after pregnancy. does that mean you are still pregnant and are not having sex, or do you mean you have already given birth and still not interested? in either case, if you are experiencing a dry vagina, it is definitely due to the hormonal changes happening. i would suggest speak to your gynae and ask if you can use some lubes. also, you may have to try out a few before finding one that works for you. also, indulge in foreplay as it can help your body relax and make you somewhat wet.

Maybe have a glass of wine to relax, ask for a massage as a form of foreplay before doing the deed? If it's dry down there, have you tried using lubricant like KY or Astroglide? Most of my friends wait longer than a month before sex because they felt that they were always too tired and their bodies are not up to it yet.

it's normal. your body need a little bit more time for it to be back to be ready for sex again. due to hormones changes, it will be a little dry down below. if you are open to others, you can try using a lubricant!

after giving birth , u will feel afraid to do the first time. woman tend to be more dry if still lactating. not ovluating , tiredness from taking care of baby is one of the factor.

mine was law and dry until 10th or 11th month postpatrum.. its just hard for me. and tiring. but after overcoming the mental barrier its better..

We have tried to have sex thrice since giving birth, but I am not wet enough and my body automatically "shuts down" when hubby tries to penetrate.

I started to enjoy again only 6 months post-natal! the first few times hurt like hell, but lots of lube help
