How will I introduce juices to my baby? Using a dropper, feeding bottle, or spoon?

According to the Australian Government, juices are not advisable for children before the age of 1 year old. Offer the juice in a cup instead of a bowl. If you want to feed a smaller amount, use a sippy or training cup. I recommend the Reflo cup because it teaches children how to drink from a standard cup without needing to transit again from sippy cup to standard cup. You can purchase the Reflo cup from MumsPick. http://mumspick.com/reflo-smart-cup-green-432.html http://kellymom.com/nutrition/starting-solids/baby-juice/

I agree with all the mummies who have commented. Introduce juices to your child preferably only after they turn 1-2, that too fresh ones. Now the fact that juices have the fibres removed while strained, will not help the child much nutritionally (if that's what you want). Feeding a whole fruit is always more advisable in terms of nutritional point of view.

Agree with Jamie. As the recommended age to introduce juices is 1 year old and above, your baby would be old enough to drink from a cup. My niece is currently using the Reflo cup that Jamie recommended and I'm quite impressed by it. I will definitely get it at the next baby fair (in April).

Fruit juice is not necessary or recommended for infants under 12 months of age. Sweetened drinks are associated with dental caries. Children aged 12 months to 3 years should get no more than 4 ounces per day. You can use a sipping cup to offer juice at meal times.
