If you are looking at some popular IFC like PCF infant care, Cherie Hearts etc. you may start to book as early as possible even during pregnancy. Some IFC allow for early registration, do call up your shortlisted centres to check out the procedures. Normally there is a long waiting list for popular IFC and thus it is good to secure a place as soon as possible.

I actually placed a deposit for infant care when I was 12 weeks pregnant. Even then, I was told that I was just in time as there would only be one slot available. Other infant cares require the baby's birth certificate in order to register the baby.

I would suggest booking for an infant care during your pregnancy as some infant care that are pretty well known has a long waiting list.

thanks

I booked it about 4 weeks before baby was born
