Bathing during Confinement

Normally they say it's best that we don't bathe for 40days,unless we're bathin with those herbs for confinement. but it's okay to wipe our body everyday. If it's a must bathe with warm water and aftermath dry ourselves really well and get dressed before coming out of the bathroom to avoid getting too much wind in our bodies.

Bathed daily! In fact, I bathed twice per day for hygiene purpose! I would keep myself clean rather than I pass the germs or dirty to my newborn.

I bathe everyday 😳 it was too hot n I personally find it kinda unhygienic to handle baby without bathing.

Yes , use dai Fong ai or herbal bath package from yu ren sang etc. bath during day time once per day

I do it the day after i give birth up to 44days onwards... once a day before 9am
