How often to change diapers? Every 2-3 hours or when soiled? How about at night?

I will check after 2-3hrs and change when soiled for daytime. For night time, I will not change unless necessary otherwise will disrupt LO sleep. Get a better quality diaper that can hold. I'm using goon. So far so good!
