To change or no?

Just wondering for babies who sleep through the night , do you wake up to change their diapers every 3 hours?

Congratulations on having a baby who sleeps through the night! It's great that you're considering what's best for your little one. Generally, if your baby is sleeping soundly and not showing any signs of discomfort or diaper rash, it's okay to let them sleep without changing their diaper every 3 hours. However, it's important to ensure that the diaper is absorbent enough to last the night without leaking. You might want to consider using a high-quality overnight diaper that is designed to keep your baby dry and comfortable for longer periods. If your baby does wake up for a feeding during the night, that can be a good time to check their diaper and change it if necessary. But if they are sleeping through the night without any issues, it's perfectly fine to let them sleep without frequent diaper changes. Just be sure to give them a fresh diaper first thing in the morning. Remember, every baby is different, so it's always best to observe your baby's comfort and adjust your routine accordingly.
