I apply desitin after her bath every night as a protective barrier to prevent diaper rash since the diaper will last through the night. So far 3 months and no diaper rash at all. In the day sometimes will apply qv barrier cream as desitin is quite strong.
Everytime I spot some redness on her butt. It really depends on how sensitive your baby is. If you want can always apply a thin layer after every diaper change. I guess have to always standby a tube till your kid outgrow diapers.
Around 2 to 3 years old when teething more or less stop. Because teething also cause them to have diaper rash easily.
I use diaper cream at every diaper change, especially on the boy's a** and penis during a diaper change.
After shower and until my lo stopped wearing diapers.
I apply only when the butt is red now
Yeah, just whenever there is a rash
As long as there's rashes
