How much do u gain during pregnancy ? I'm 4.5 month , gain 3kg before pregnant. But I notice this past one week I gain the most. My appetite really increasing recently , I almost had supper everynight

29w and gained 9kg and I had supper every night too 😎 But be extra careful cause excessive weight gain might be the sign of preeclampsia.

first 4 months static coz morning sickness. every month 500-1kg. I have gdm. Now 36w gains from early 68-75kg.

37 weeks now, i gain 19kg.dont wory too much. just enjoy your pregnancy. eat healthy food.

29weeks and gained 10kg 😆 before this i 47kg je. now 57 kg and keep going up haha
