How many days after natural delivery can you go for post natal massage?

I had a natural delivery and did mine on my 4th day. The ladies at Babies Bellies advised to do as soon as possible to as to benefit from it fully.

According to my massage lady, you only need to wait about a week before starting, but I had my first session when I was 11 days post partum.

About 5 to 7days when your episiotomy wound is not so painful.

I started my post natal massage after 5 days after delivery.
