Post natal massage

Recommended is 3rd weeks onwards. I didn't had mine cos my wound tear a little during my 2nd week after birth so the person ask me to cancel till I'm better. But I didn't go for it after that.

Hi... I would suggest that you go for post natal massage after c-section wound healed completely. Probably after 14 days

I did my post natal after 21 days. They will call and check how’s ur wound and whether to start earlier or later.
