PNSG advises 3 weeks after csec. I got a package and they called a few times to follow up with me on my csec wound recovery before we firmed up the starting date for my post natal massage.

my massage lady advise to start after 2 weeks

For natural , once u go home, u can start

I think 2 weeks later it can be started
