How long do you normally have full time nanny to help you ?

I just hired a new helper to help me in managing my second child who is turning 1 year old. I will only intend to send my second child to childcare once he turn 2 years old. My elder son is currently in childcare. I will likely have my helper with me till my second child is stable in childcare. If i have my house on my own by then, and financially stable, i may get my helper to stay longer to manage the housechores
