how long after I gave birth cn I wear Binder? currently day 7 pp, stitches pain still around. should I wait till the pain is completely gone first? 7

Did you have csec? I had csec and the nurse recommended me to wear binder right away from the second day to reduce pain and help with healing. I wore for about 1-2 months. I feel it helped with the pain and helped the tummy compress back to original size too
