How to keep oneself happy to not think of the stress we are facing?

First is to change the way we look at things. Some issues may make us feel very unhappy but if we change the angle of how to see the situation we may find some positivity in it! The other method for me is to focus on my baby. As long as my baby is healthy and happy and growing well I tell myself other things are not so important. And babies tend to be influenced by mommies moods too so everytime I feel angry or unhappy I try to calm down and tell myself don't show my unhappy mood to baby and I should try to stay happy for her!
