How to keep oneself happy to not think of the stress we are facing?

Lots of self care. Even if its in bits and little nuggets of time (like a reallllly long shower, an uninterrupted meal.) Making time for exercise would also help clear your mental clutter. And spending quality time with my loved ones always lift my mood.

Meditation? Do you still. Enjoying doing the things you like? Has there been any major change of event in your life? What about a short get away?
