puree with bm

how do i puree avocado with frozen bm? do i use warmer to heat up bm first before adding to puree?? do i need to stream ALL food before puree including avocado?

I don't steam avocado as it will make it bitter. Just leave avocado until it's ripe and soft then mash it and mix with breast milk.

I steamed all food just to be safe.

Hi... just warm BM and blend it together with avocado
