How do I know when my toddler is full already? I don't want her to overeat

usually a toddler will know their own limit. My 2nd son (2yo ) he will EAT alot. I always thot that he doesn't know how to stop. But one day i actually find out that once he is full. he will reject food. No matter how yummy or tempting that chocolate is, once he is full, he WILL stop.

if he cant say teach him how to gesture. we taught my 16m old to gesture by patting his tummy after a meal. now when he is already full half way thru a meal or he doesnt want to eat he will do the gesture

Will be able to feel that the LO had enough, for mine he will be distract n want to play instead

They know when they are full. Kids seldom overeat i would be more worried if she eats less.
