Anyone have GDM?
How did u manage it when you need to keep track of your blood sugar 7x a day when you are working? What happened when you missed to test before u eat or post 2hrs? Do u just skip it or?

Me. Yes I track but because my diet was already low carbs, I was quite safe. Try adding Psyllium husk to your breakfast daily as it's fibrous and helps absorbs carbs throughout the day. Drink lots of water and move more. Eat wholemeal carbs if possible. Chew and eat slowly. All the above helps me maintain low glucose.
