Require recommendations on obgyn at KKH
I’m first time mommy and currently on week 11. I will be having the second scan in a couple of weeks including the NIPT test. May I know if any mommy here can recommend a good obgyn at KKH can see me throughout the pregnancy journey, who is dedicated and experienced for first time pregnancy like me? Additionally, I should be opting for private at KKH. Is it true that the pricing is no different from private practice outside? If yes, please also feel free to recommend obgyn outside of KKH.

Can dye hair during pregnancy?
Hi mommies 💗, I’m in my first trimester and entering 2nd trimester soon. Can I check if touch up or dye hair colour (just a normal dark brown colour) during my pregnancy is safe ? :( the black roots appearing is kinda annoying 😭
Coconut water
Hi fellow mummies, I've just reached wk12. Is it safe to consume coconut water/juice coz water does make me feel bloated at times. Tried googling but the answers vary 🤔 #firsttimemom

Nausea at the thought of food
I'm 9 weeks pregnant, my first pregnancy. Trying my best to eat nutrients rich food for my baby. I've always been a picky eater and sensitive to the smell of food but a huge foodie and have always eaten relatively healthy (minimal to no processed food and no sugar). My sensitivity to smell heightened and just the thought of food, makes me nauseated and it doesn't get better even towards the evenings. Eating/drinking really sour stuff helps for a short while. I can keep the food I eat down, but I dread the thought of the next meal. Because I'm still actively exercising, I would need to eat more. I heard it gets better into the 2nd trimester, but I'm worried if it doesn't. Any active moms here struggling to eat properly? What did you do to get more nutrients in?
Anyone signed up for Alvernia Ladies card? Is it worth it? Any discounts for scans or room rates?

Weak during pregnancy
Hi mummies. I’m currently 9 weeks pregnant, i feel weak almost all the time. I get my rest and my naps everyday on time. Is anyone else experiencing this? This is my 3rd child and i’ve never experienced this with my other 2. Is there any way to overcome this?
