GDM mommies

Hello mommies any of u diagnosed to have gestational diabetes? When u checked post delivery ur ogtt what happened? I am one concern mom here and wanted to know from ur own experience. What should be the normal blood sugar after delivery if we had gdm? Thank u in advance mommies.

My GDM cleared around 6 weeks after delivery. Before the ogtt, please continue to have diet control on sugar intake and also have breastfeeding as often as possible as it will help to regulate back your blood glucose level as well.

I already stopped breastfeeding. I hope my sugar will return to normal as well. Have you been checking ur sugar at home after delivery?

after i deliver, a few months i go back kkh to check if i still have diabetes and turn out my blood return to normal

Post delivery you have to do another ogtt to check if GD has gone away. Kkh reference range is 7.7.
