I focus on what makes me happy:) for me, it was sitting quietly, and feeling my baby’s movements. I thought about the things I would do for and with my baby. Sometimes I would also do other things to just relax. Whether art, or baking, or watching a show, or even preparing the things for baby’s arrival, I focused on what I could do at the moment.
Same here, trying my best to prepare extensively by reading and buying whatever I might need
