CDA funds are to make purchase on healthcare related products or services at licensed pharmacies, optical shops and providers of assistive technology devices.

Cannot use it to buy milk. You can buy forehead thermometer from Braun at Guardian though. Which is what I did. Can always check with the cashier

You can only use it to be medicine or supplements related products at Guardian.

Cannot buy milk with cda card. Only for infant care/vaccination

You cannot use CDA to buy milk powder.
