D maiiwasan constipation sis effect kc sya ng vitamins n iniinum natin. Sabihan mo lng ob mo na constipated k s vitamins papalitan naman yun. Or paresta ka ng laxative senekot nireseta sakin ng ob ko. akin kc walang effect kahit sobrang daming inum n ng water at kain ng fruits at veggies.
1. Uminom ka ng yakult everyday, effective makapagpalambot ng poops yun. Everyday ka rin mapopoops or every other day. 2. Ngayon, kung umiinom ka ng folIc acid, konteng tiis pa, malakas talaga makatigas ng poops yun. 3. Inom ka maraming tubig. LAKLAK TALAGA!!
Eat Fiber Rich Foods, Drink lots of water. Ask your OB if you can take Psyllium Fiber. Ako ksi nag gaganun ako paminsan minsan. Never ako na constipated while pregnant.
