Do hospitals give confinement foods after giving birth?

Normally they don't serve confinement food. But the food that they serve are fit for patients who just gave birth. Nutritionists are the ones planning the meals depending on each patient's case.

It depends on hospital to hospital. The hospital where I delivered did not provide confinement food but it was especially the menu that was planned for women who have delivered.

Yes, 3 meals/day - breakfast, lunch, dinner. If CS delivery, they will also give you soft diet meals like soup and gelatin for the first few meals.
