I didn't drink a lot of milk during my pregnancy. Just try food with high calcium like green leafy vegetables, nuts and small fish like ikan bilis.

I can't stomach any milk but those from Japan during pregnancy. Can get from Don don donki

Try flavored milk? Or other sources of calcium like yogurt and cheese is good too!

Milk is only for calcium. Just take calcium tablets that the gynae prescribe

me too.. I don't drink any for my 2 pregnancy I drink Black Soya Milk

I got sick of drinking milk too so I drank soy milk instead.

oic. hmmm. i dont drink cold stuff either. my stomach cannot take it. so i didnt eat ice cream for almost a year liao.

u can try oat milk, almond milk, the taste is ok

maybe you can try mixing it to chocolate or Milo?

milo sounds doable.
