9 Month Old dont like to drink milk

My 9 month old baby dont like to drink formula milk. He is only drinking formula in the afternoon, and 2 times in the middle of the night. He refuse to drink when he wakes in the morning, and before bedtime. Any mummies here have this issue with your baby? What can I do
