She may feel uncomfortable in a way or two. You may wish to check on her diapers, bedsheet, etc ... Sometimes, baby who suffer from colic also have such behaviour. Please take note and monitor baby. Trust your instinct. If baby is not very good, seek help immediately.
i can relate to this mommy - my baby did this when she was about to have a cold and fever. she was uncomfortable like this for a few nights and then she had a fever. i think your baby is feeling some discomfort, so it is best you speak to the doc.
