Baby catnap 15 mins

Is it normal for young babies (3m) to cat nap even as little as 15 mins ? 2-3 times a day. Sometimes can go 30/40 but sometimes only 15 mins then he would wake up and refuse to sleep again I sometimes also want to rest while he nap 😣

Yes!! putting in carrier and going out would help baby sleep longer, as he will exhausted from looking at outside world lol. but mummy will feel even more exhausted if didn't work haha

I would say yes cause I have been there. Quite frustrating 🤣
