24 weeks with UTI

hi mga momshies. normal ba na magka blood spot?, Im 24 weeks pregnant and may UTI ako niresetahan ako ng OBgyne ko ng Cefuroxime Axetil. everytime na mag pee ako may blood. im worried. pls. advise sa mga naka experience na having UTI ano mga ginawa nyo? should I stop taking the antibiotics? instead just do natural treatment nalang. thank you.
