Hi mga mamsh. 1st time ko po mag ka baby. Any suggestions po or advice. Especially sa pag kain and maintaining healthy body. Salamat mga mamsh ??

Momsh iwas/limit eating sweets, salty, oily foods, processed foods. Then ask ka din sa OB mo kung may mga bawal pa depende kung may existing kang sakit bago ka naging preggy. In my case kasi Lactose Intolerant ako so ang milk lang talaga na iniinom ko Anmum tiis lang ako para kay baby dahil siya naman makakaabsorb nun. Mas maging cautious ka sa hygiene, always change your panty liner/undies dahil sa maraming white mens and wash more often, always brush but use a soft toothbrush, stop using makeup, beauty items, or skincare with chemicals dapat Organic lang or di kaya Paraben-free or Chemical free items lang, wear loose clothing para di ka masyado mainitan ngayong summer, pag matutulog ka left or right side lang, sleep early and always drink your Maternal milk and drink your prenatal vitamins, eat as much fruit and veggies as you can Pero kakain ka din nang meat.
