Hi mga mamsh. 1st time ko po mag ka baby. Any suggestions po or advice. Especially sa pag kain and maintaining healthy body. Salamat mga mamsh ??

Hello!!! As long as walang pinagbawal ang OB, you can eat anything but of course better na umiwas sa matatamis, maalat, and hilaw na pagkain. Also, start eating more veggies and uminom ng buko juice coz it’s very healthy and will help with your breastfeeding pagnanganak ka na.
