Thoughts please

My helper is Covid positive. The day we got the result, she refused to go to the Dr as she thinks and worries that it's Covid however (being a mother of a 2yo and 5mo) I insisted she do a test and true enough it was positive. To make matters worse, she was feeding my 5mo when she said she wanted to rest as she was unwell. We have told her multiple times if she is unwell to not take care of the baby and instead put on a mask and inform us immediately. She did none of those. She was even cleaning her nose while changing my baby. Right now there so much disinfection that needs to be done. What would you mommies and daddies advise? Terminate the contract? Give a final chance?
