Decrease of Breastmilk

Help mommies, nawawalan na kasi ng milk breasts ko, konti nalang lumalabas and hindi na nabubusog si baby ayaw ko sana siya iformula as much as possible. Any suggestions po on how to increase my milk? 😩

You need to pump. if you want to increase your milk supply. how old n ba si baby?

malaki pa ang chance na lumakas ang milk mo. i suggest you pump, 8 times a day ( including power pumps- max of 2 times) more water intake.
