How to work home without kasambahay

Can you help me mommies how can you manage your home if you have a 8 months old and a 8 years old?? How you go to grocery? How do you clean your home? How do you make time for yourself? Its hard for me to have kasambahay as my 8 years old answers back to my household help. Can you give me the best advice you can give me i need help whether i do this alone or get another help

Pwde naman mamsh if nagsleep si babies mo or pag naglalaro sila just keep an eye na lang din sa kanila. Pag 8yrs old na mga bata curious naman na yan sila. Kadalasan they wanted to get involve sa mga bagay bagay. Ung pamangkin ko rin she knows how to cook rice na gamit ang rice cooker, magligpit ng pinaghigan at magwalis. Ang groceries more on the weekend namin sya ginagawa with the family, since wala ka kasama sa bahay magplan ka na ng menu mo for the week para sa groceries pa lang makapamili ka na.
