You're not pregnant currently right? Is it just a crampy kind of pain? It's easy to get stomach cramps of you jump a lot. Try to exercise a few hours after a meal. Do more low intensity strength exercises (with dumbbells, weights) and see if it helps?

Maybe you can try exercise that don't involve jumping or hoping

Yes yes I am doing it but what makes me wonder is WHY when I jump or hop WHY IS THERE A PAIN??? maybe I will ask my gyne in my next visit...
