SGH O&G clinic waiting time

I decided to choose Dr Dev at SGH and I got an afternoon 3+ pm timeslot. I heard that the waiting time is really long.. anyone can share your experience and the whole journey for the first appt at the clinic? I have another appt in the evening after that and I'm afraid that I won't be able to make it in time. Thank you!

I wanted to go private and choose Dr Dev previously but the nurse there told me that even if there is an appointment and it's private route, have to wait very long for him as he is very popular. So I didn't go for him.

yeah he is really very popular. someone I trust recommended him to me and my friend seemed to have a good experience with him too (but can't ask her much yet cos I haven't announced my pregnancy) so I do want to meet him to see how he's like. I'll see if I can take the long wait after that haha..

Actually most private gynaes especially the popular ones will usually need to wait long so not much difference even if u choose to go elsewhere

that's true.. I guess to me someone I'm comfortable with and confident in to take care of my pregnancy is more important right now

thanks for the advice! I'll try to shift my evening appt, cos it's quite impossible to shift Dr Dev's appt haha 😅
