Hello fellow wonderful parents :) Tanong lang po. Kung ang bahay nyo po ba under mortgage , yung title po ba ng property sa kanila naka pangalan o sa inyo p rin? Then bigay rin ng bangko until such time na matapos mo na mahulugan yung loan.? And kasama po ba sa home insurance if due to natural calamities such as earthquake or separate po yun? Thanks po!

Yes, tama sila. You have to pay the loan amount in full for you to get the property rights. Ung sa insurance naman, kasama ang natural disasters depending on the type of plan you'll avail for your property. AOG or Acts on Nature naman ang term sa ibang insurance companies ng plan na kasama ang earthquake, flood, etc.

Joey is right. Until fully paid ung loan, nakapangalan pa din sa bank un. As for the insurance, you can customize or select the inclusions for the property. You can add what they call Acts of God (AOG) if you want pati natural calamities covered. But then again, iba ang rate nun.

Bangko po ang owner ng property hanggang hindi pa fully paid yung loan. Once natapos na yung loan, that's the time na malilipat sa inyo yung property. Regarding insurance, depende po sa coverage ng kinuha ninyo. Yung iba fire lang. Syempre pag laki ng coverage, mas mahal.
