Hello guys ! Ask lang if yung house and lot po naka mortgage sa bank. Then we decided to sell. When asked bank wants total settlement of balance then kaw na bahala lahat. Wala silang tinatawag na Assume balance. When i checked the title sabi ni developer di p pala nila naaayos meaning sa kanila pa ata naka pangalan. Pano po kung may buyer na at settle na lahat balance. Kelangan po ba sa amin muna ipangalan title o dun na sa buyer namin. Then how much po ba inaabot yun. Btw 7 mos p lang kse kme nakakalipat. 7 mos p lang kme nagbabayad ng amort. Kaya cguro nasa developer pa yung title at di pa nabibigay sa bangko. Thanks po sa mga sasagot.
Ask lang po . Lets say naka loan po sa bangko yung bahay at lupa then something bad happened at di na carry ang monthly amort. Then para di masayang pinaghirapan naisip mong i offer sa iba at sila na lang magpatuloy. Parang babayaran n lang nila lahat lahat ng nabayaran mo. Possible po ba yun? Paano po kaya process nun? Hi fellow parents :) Ask lang po ng suggestions as to where do i send my 4 yr old son. Pwede pa po ba sya sa playschool or nursery or preschool ( not sure if pare pareho lang to ?) or Kumon ( is this already like formal schooling?) This is his first time na maiiwan without me and ang alam lang niya is to count from 1 to 10 and some colors. As for the alphabet .. he can sing it pero letter recognition hindi pa. Whenever i try to teach him kase sa una lang sya eager then later tatamarin na :( TIA :)
Hello fellow wonderful parents :) Tanong lang po. Kung ang bahay nyo po ba under mortgage , yung title po ba ng property sa kanila naka pangalan o sa inyo p rin? Then bigay rin ng bangko until such time na matapos mo na mahulugan yung loan.? And kasama po ba sa home insurance if due to natural calamities such as earthquake or separate po yun? Thanks po!
