No heartbeat. No implantations.

No heartbeat at 5 weeks, 5 days. Gestational sac and yolk sac found but no embryo yet. Does this mean blighted ovum or unsuccessful pregnancy? ?

Ganyan dati sakin 5weeks and 4days, sac lng no heartbeat yet then same pinag take ako ng duphaston after 1month yun may heartbeat na si baby ko. At naka panganak na ko last year sept.
