Are headaches normal in the second trimester?

I used to have headaches too during second trimester, but my gynae said it wasn't normal as it might be due to lack of blood or iron deficiency.. Anyway, have to bring the issue to your personal gynae if you are feeling unwell during anytime of pregnancy..
