ao far di nmn minanas 32 weeks nadn, exercise and madalas din magkikilos sa bahay .

same din ako. 32weks wlang manas, madalas lng tlga mglakad2, magexercise araw2, uminom ng mdming tubig s isang arw.

32 weeks and 5 days manas na pero di naman sobra manipis lang ang manas ko

Mine was even earlier. U can try to go for prenatal massage to help it.

Have the same prob, not even 32weeks but I can see my swollen feet.

Swollen ankle is normal. Keep ur legs elevated when sleeping?

Same here! Mine is a morning walk. 30mins to an hour.
